This document is for consumers. We do not accept returns from re-sellers, unless the product is faulty.

Cancelling an order

If you are a consumer based in the European Union you have the statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund including delivery costs providing that you notify us of cancellation within 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the order.

Consequences of Cancellation

Once cancellation has been mutually agreed, you must return the unused product to receive a full refund. If you only return the goods in part or in poor condition we will refund a reduced amount.

You have to organize and pay the return.

Refunds will be paid within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods.

Exclusions

Please send the goods as an insured package back to us and retain the receipt.  Avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. Use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package for adequate protection from damage during transit.
